Constitution of our Society :

Al-Falah Society 

1.       The name of the society is Al-Falah Society.
2.       The Society's prescribed period is five years, but you will not get the profit before the completion of three years.
3.       Any shareholder cannot sell the shares without the decision of the concerned committee.
4.       Members' monthly deposits of one thousand Taka.
5.       To get the membership of the society, you have to fill the application form.
6.       Every member of the society will bear the same profit and loss.
7.       Members' monthly subscription is to be submitted within 10 days of each month.
8.       Membership will be postponed for a period of five consecutive months. To reinstate, 500 Taka will be penalized.
9.       Committee will be constituted to conduct the functions of the Society, whose duration will be 2 years.
10.   The decision of the managing committee is the final decision.
All the above mentioned provisions must be obeyed. After receiving membership, the committee can make any decision if the member does not make the specified provision.
